List of Michelin 3-star restaurants

미슐랭 별은 빨간 미슐랭 가이드가 레스토랑의 질을 평가하기 위해 사용하는 등급 제도입니다.그 안내서는 원래 1900년에 프랑스 운전자들에게 식당과 정비사와 같은 지역 편의시설이 어디에 있는지를 보여주기 위해 개발되었습니다.등급 체계는 1926년에 단일 항성으로 처음 도입되었고, 두 번째와 세 번째 항성은 1933년에 도입되었습니다.[1]가이드에 따르면 별 1개는 "아주 좋은 레스토랑", 별 2개는 "돌아갈 만한 훌륭한 요리", 별 3개는 "특별한 여행을 할 만한 특별한 요리"를 의미합니다.[2]스타 레스토랑 목록은 1년에 한 번 업데이트됩니다.
