고바야시 케이(Kei Kobayashi Kei, 1977년 8월[1] 29일 ~ )는 일본의e 요리사, 레스토랑 Kei의 사장이다.그의 레스토랑은 2020년에 미슐랭 별 3개를 땄다.그는 프랑스에서 [2][3][4]미슐랭 별 3개를 딴 최초의 일본인 요리사입니다.
고바야시 씨는 [5]나가노 태생입니다.그는 알랭 채플에 대한 다큐멘터리를 보고 프랑스 요리에 집중하기로 결심했다.고바야시는 1998년 질 구종과 알랭 뒤카세와 [6]함께 일하기 위해 프랑스로 건너가기 전까지 일본의 프랑스 레스토랑에서 훈련을 받았다.
