List of restaurants in Wales웨일스의 식당 수는 외식할 만한 주목할 만한 장소가 거의 없었던 1960년대 이후 크게 증가했다.[1] 오늘날, 웨일즈는 더 이상 "게스트로노미 사막"으로 여겨지지 않고,[1] 현재 미국 내에 5개의 미슐랭 스타 식당들이 있다.[2] 트립어드바이저와 AA의 다른 수상 시스템은 웨일스 식당들을 그들의 목록에 포함시켰다. 음식점의 가장 큰 증가는 고급이었지만, 웨일스 음식점의 모든 범위에 걸쳐 성장과 질 향상이 있었다.[1]
