4-히드록시-3-메틸하지만-2-에닐 디프인산염 환원효소(EC 1.17.1.2, 이소펜테닐-디프인산염:NADP+ 산화효소, LytB, (E)-4-히드록시-3-메틸 하지만-2-en-1-yl diphosphate reducatease, HMBPP 환원효소, IspH, LytB/IspH)는 비메발론산 경로에 있는 효소다.(E)-4-히드록시-3-메틸-그러나-2-에닐 파이로인산염(또는 "HMB-PP")[1][2][3][4][5][6]에 작용한다.
