디자인

스턴의 많은 작품들과 마찬가지로, 이 건물은 스타일 면에서 뉴 클래식이다. 건물의 외관은 석회암으로 되어 있는데, 센트럴 파크 웨스트 15개, 파크 플레이스 30개, 센트럴 파크 사우스 220개 등 스턴의 다른 뉴욕 시 초고층 건물과 유사하다. 개발자인 아서 제켄도르프는 이 건물을 센트럴 파크 웨스트 15곳의 이스트사이드 자매로 묘사했다.[8]

이 건물은 64층에 1억3000만 달러의 트리플렉스 펜트하우스를 포함해 35채의 아파트를 갖고 있다.[9] 가격은 2천만 달러가 넘는 4,600평방피트(430m2) 아파트부터 시작되며, 맨 위 근처에 있는 집에는 발코니가 있다.[10][11]
