1,2,4-Triazole(조화 화합물에서 리간드로 Htrz 약어가 사용되기도 한다)은 2개의 탄소 원자와 3개의 질소 원자로 이루어진 5-membed 링을 가진 트리졸라 불리는 분자 공식233 CHN을 가진 한 쌍의 이산화합물 중 하나이다. 1,2,4-Triazolle과 그 파생상품은 매우 다양한 용도에서 사용된다.[1]
구조 및 특성
1,2,4-트리아졸은 평면 분자다.C-N과 N-N 거리는 136 - 132 피코미터의 좁은 범위에 들어가 방향성과 일치한다.[2]비록 두 개의 자동 조종기를 상상할 수 있지만, 실제로 말하는 것은 오직 한 개뿐이다.
1,2,4-Triazole은 수용액에서 N-protonation과 debrotonation에 모두 취약하여 원형질이다.1,2,4-트리아졸륨(CNH)234+의 pK는a 2.45이다.중성 분자의 pK는a 10.26이다.[3]
합성 및 발생
1,2,4-트리올은 아인혼-브루너 반응 또는 펠리사리 반응을 이용하여 준비할 수 있다.미분산 1,2,4-트리아졸은 아틸화하여 티오세미카르바지드로부터 폼산을 사용한 아틸화 후 1-포밀-3-thiosemicarbazide를 1,2,4-thiol로 사이클화, 질산 또는 과산화수소에 의한 티올 산화 1,2,4-triazol로 준비할 수 있다.[5]
1,2,4-Triazoles는 많은 종류의 약물에 사용된다.[6][7]주목할 만한 3가지 특징으로는 항경련제 플루코나졸과 이트라코나졸이 있다.[8]Triazolate는 조정 화학에서 흔한 브리징 리간드다.[9]
