운영

ZPG는 영국 주거지의 검색 가능한 디렉토리를 소유하고 있다.로얄 메일의 우편번호 데이터베이스, 잉글랜드와 웨일스의 부동산 거래에 관한 HM 랜드 레지스트리의 데이터, 구글 맵 등 다양한 오픈 소스를 이용한다.

쥬스플라는 이 데이터를 바탕으로 영국 주거용 부동산에 대한 계산된 평가 추정치를 제공하는 자동평가 모델을 개발했다.쥐스플라는 또한 사용자들이 그들의 집을 청구하거나 TreptMe 가격을 정할 수 있도록 하는데 이는 미국의 웹사이트 질로우와 유사하다.인터넷 자산을 평가하기 위한 그것의 아날로그는 DNPric.es이다.Zoopla의 계산된 평가의 정확성은 논쟁의 여지가 있다.[23][24]
