웰컴 투 요크셔(Welcome to Yorkshire, WTY)는 영국 최대 카운티인 요크셔의 공식 관광 에이전시로, 요크셔 관광을 국내외적으로 홍보하고 있다. 이전에는 2009년까지 요크셔 관광청으로 알려졌으나, 새로운 웰컴 투 요크셔 브랜드, 새로운 웹사이트,[1] 다양한 새로운 마케팅 캠페인 시작, 웨스트 요크셔 리즈 현지로의 이전 등 리브랜딩을 거쳤다. 그 기구의 명시적인 목표는 '주 방문자 경제를 성장시키는 것'이다.[2] 2008년부터 2019년 3월 사임할 때까지 최고 경영자는 게리 베리티 경이었다. 제임스 메이슨 현 최고경영자(CEO)는 브래드포드시티 풋볼클럽 최고운영책임자(COO)와 BBC 기자로 일한 경력이 있는 2019년 선임됐다.[3]

경비 스캔들

2019년에는 게리 베리티 경의 사임에 따른 비용 추문으로 50만[12] 파운드 가까운 조직 비용이 추가로 발생했으며, 법의학 회계 회사 BDO는 명확한 비용 정책 부족으로 90만 파운드의 비용이 정당화되었는지 판단하지 못한 것으로 밝혀졌다.[13] 베리티는 4만[14] 파운드가 넘는 돈을 갚았고 이후 경찰의 수사는 아무런 조치도 취하지 않은 채 종결되었다.[15]
