WNT11
WNT11단백질 Wnt-11은 인간의 WNT11 [5][6]유전자에 의해 암호화되는 단백질이다.
WNT 유전자 패밀리는 분비된 시그널링 단백질을 코드하는 구조적으로 관련된 유전자로 구성되어 있습니다.이 단백질들은 종양 발생과 세포 운명의 조절과 배아 발생 동안의 패턴 형성 등 여러 발달 과정에 관여되어 왔다.이 유전자는 WNT 유전자군의 일원입니다.아미노산 정체성을 나타내는 단백질을 마우스, 닭, 제노푸스 Wnt11 단백질로 각각 97%, 85%, 63% 암호화한다.이 유전자는 골격, 신장, 폐의 발달에 역할을 할 수 있으며, 고골질량증후군의 [6]유력한 후보 유전자로 여겨진다.
