우케니
Ucennii우케니족, 우케니족 또는 이코노미족은 철기시대 로마체 계곡, 알프스 산맥에 살던 갈릭족이었다.
이름
플리니(AD1기)의 우케니(var. uceni, ucermi)와 트로파움 알피움(tropaeum alpium)에서는 플로루스의 우케노스(var. cennos, sennos, sscennos)로 언급된다.[1][2][3] 스트라보(기원전 1기)가 준 이코니오이( formκόνιι) 형식은 민족 이름의 변종일 가능성이 크다.[4][3]
비록 켈트족의 기원일 가능성이 가장 크지만, 그 이름의 의미는 여전히 모호하다. 갈라티아의 토포니 우세나와 비교할 수 있다.[3]
지리
우케니족은 오이산 지방의 로마체 계곡에 살았다.[5][6] 그들의 영토는 그라이오셀리 남쪽, 벨라치 서쪽, 세고비이와 브리시아니 서쪽, 트리코리 북쪽, 베르타모코리·알로브로주 서쪽이었다.[7]
정착지는 카토리시움(Le Bourg-Doisans), 멜로시섬(Mellosum, Mont-de-Lans), 뒤로틴쿰(La Grave and Villar-d'Arrene 근처)에서 알려져 있다.[8]
역사
이들은 기원전 16~15년 로마에 의해 정복된 알프스 부족 중 하나로 플리니 장로가 언급하고 있으며, 트로파움 알피움에 이름이 새겨져 있다.[9]
