RSK 그룹은 영국에 본사를 둔 개인 소유의 환경, 엔지니어링 및 기술 서비스 그룹이며, 2020년에 약 105개의 회사가 약 6,000명을 고용하고 2억7960만 파운드의 매출을 올렸다.

역사

RSK 그룹은 1989년 앨런 라이더에 의해 애버딘에 설립되었고,[3] 유기적으로 그리고 가속적인 인수 프로그램을 통해 성장해왔다.[4] 오늘날 체셔의 헬스비를 기반으로 2025년까지 10억 파운드의 이직률을 달성하고 전 세계 1만 명을 고용하는 유럽 최대의 민간 소유 환경 및 엔지니어링 사업이 되는 것을 목표로 하고 있는 RSK는 2016년부터 5년 동안 44개 기업을 인수했다.[4]

획득

2017년 5월 에이시스 토목·구조물 인수에 이어 6월 KMGP 인수에 성공했다. RSK는 12월에 C.J. 어소시에이트 지오테크닉 Ltd, Up and Under Group Ltd와 RSKW 주식의 모든 미결(80%)을 인수하는 3가지 거래를 완료했다.

2018년이면 자금으로는 아레스 캐피탈 유럽(아레스)[9]을 통해 약 10의 인수를 하기는 관리 코드에서 한 unitranche 선순위 채권 시설의 형태로 £140m 자금 패키지를 보장한 이후, 원자로 안전 위원회,은 영국108-strong 현장 조사 전문가 이안 농부 어소시에이츠(£10m 연간톤Manchester-based 음향학 컨설턴트 콜 Jarman[10]과 워싱턴을 인수urnover)[11] 생태·지반정비 전문기업 트위그 그룹도 2018년[12] 비파괴검사서비스, 코프랜드 웨지 어소시에이츠와 함께 RSK그룹에 합류했다. 2018년 10월 RSK는 CAN UK 홀딩스를 인수했다. 2018년 12월 J&A Peling, Pelling LLP를 취득하였다.

2019년 2월 이 회사는 닥터 틸먼스 & 파트너 GmbH를 인수했다.
