아스파당llucosaminidase는 당단백질의 N연계 올리고당류의 카타볼리즘에 관여하는 아미도하이드롤라제 효소다.그것은 당단백질의 리소솜 분해의 마지막 단계 중 하나로 N-아세틸글루코사민에서 아스파라긴을 분리한다.Lysosomal 저장 질환인 aspartylglycosaminuria는 AGA 효소의 결핍에 의해 발생한다.[5]null
