존 마일리(John Miley, 1813년 12월 25일–1895년 12월 13일)는 미국의 감리교 성공회 목사 겸 신학자로, 19세기의 주요 감리교 신학 목소리 중 한 사람이었다.

전기

초년기

밀리는 1813년 12월 25일 오하이오주 버틀러 카운티 해밀턴 근처의 농장에서 태어났다.^[1] Miley는 A.B.를 1834년에, A.M.을 1837년에 받은 오거스타 대학을 졸업했다.^[1] 대학 생활 동안 그는 조셉 톰린슨, 조셉 트리블, 헨리 바스콤 교수 세 명의 영향을 받았다.^[1]

경력
