화이커리아어
Huayquerian화이케리안(스페인어:화이케리엔스(Huayqueriense) 나이는 네오겐 마이오세 후기 지질시대(9.0~6.8Ma)의 기간으로, 좀 더 구체적으로 SALMA 분류에서 사용되었다.그것은 마요아 시대에 이어 몬테헤르모산 [1]시대보다 앞선다.
어원학
이 시대의 이름은 아르헨티나 북서부 쿠요 분지 서쪽에 위치한 몬테헤르모산 지층에서 유래했다.가장 완전한 화이케리아 동물군은 부에노스아이레스 주에 있는 케로 아줄 층에서 발견되며 에페쿠엔 층으로도 알려져 있습니다.
