D+M 그룹

D+M Group

D+M 그룹은 이전에 DMGlobal과 D&M Holdings로 알려져 있었으며, 여러 오디오 및 비디오 브랜드를 소유한 일본의 법인이었다. 2002년 데논과 마란츠의 합병으로 결성되었다.[1][2] 그 이후로 몇 개의 다른 회사를 인수했었다. 2008년 이전에는 리플우드 홀딩스와 관련된 RHJ 인터내셔널이 소유하고 있었다. 2008년에는 베인 캐피털이 조언한 투자펀드가 소유한 도쿄 법인 K. K. BCJ-2에 인수되었다.[3] 2010년 8월 스탠리 블랙&데커 전 임원 짐 카우딜이 CEO로 선임되었다.[4]

2014년 4월 D+M그룹은 데논 프로페셔널, 마란츠 프로페셔널, 데논 DJ를 인뮤직으로 매각했다.[5] 2017년 2월 D+M 그룹은 미국 회사인 사운드 유나이티드 LLC에 인수되었다.[6][7][8]
