찰스 해롤드 도드 CH FBA(Charles Harold Dodd CH FBA, 1884–1973)는 웨일스 신약성경학자였으며 신학계의 영향력 있는 신학자였다.[5] 그는 예수의 하나님 나라 언급이 미래의 종말론보다는 현재의 현실을 의미한다는 믿음인 "실현된 종말론"을 장려한 것으로 알려져 있다. 마틴 하이데거와 루돌프 오토의 영향을 받았다.
인생
Dodd는 1884년 4월 7일 Denbighshire의 [6]Wrexham이라는 웨일스 마을에서 태어났다. 그는 역사학자 A의 형이었다. H. 도드. 그는 1902년부터 옥스퍼드 대학교에서 고전을 공부했다. 1906년 졸업 후 그는 베를린에서 1년을 보냈고 그곳에서 영향력 있는 아돌프 폰 하르낙 밑에서 공부했다.
