바시라트 우타르(Vidhan Sabha 선거구)는 인도 서벵골 주의 북 24 파르가나스 지구의 의회 선거구다. 2011년 이전에 바시르하트는 하나의 의회 선거구를 가지고 있었다. 2011년부터는 두 개의 선거구인 바시라트 닥신과 바시라트 우타르 비단 사바를 갖게 된다. 하사바드(Vidhan Sabha 선거구)는 2011년부터 존재하지 않게 된다.

구분위원회의 명령대로 125개의 바시라트 우타르(비단 사바 선거구)는 하사바드 지역사회 개발블록의 바시라트 2세 지역사회 개발블록과 암라니, 베비아, 막할 가차, 무라리샤 그램 판차야츠로 구성된다.[1]
바시라트 우타르(Vidhan Sabha 선거구)는 18개 선거구의 일부다. 바시르하트(록 사바 선거구).[1]

2011년 보궐선거는 2011년 5월 29일 Kyd street MLA의 호스텔 밖에서 숨진 채 발견된 바시라트 우타르 출신의 CPI(M) MLA인 모스타파 빈 카셈의 죽음으로 인해 필요하게 되었다.[19]
