반드완(Vidhan Sabha 선거구) (Banduan이라고도 함)은 인도 서벵골 주의 푸룰리아 구에 있는 의회 선거구다. 그 자리는 예정된 부족을 위해 남겨졌다. Rajib Lochan Saren (AITC)은 현재 선거구에서 나온 MLA이다.
개요
구분 위원회의 명령에 따라 238번 반드완(비단 사바 선거구) (ST)반드완, 바라바자르, 만바자르 2세 공동체 개발 블록으로 구성된다.[1]
반드완(Vidhan Sabha 선거구) (ST)는 33번 자르그램(Lok Sabha 선거구)의 일부다.[1]
웨스트 벵골의 정치적 시나리오는 수년간 극적으로 변화해왔다. 독립 후 초기에는 의회와 좌익 정당들 사이에서 70년대 후반에 권력을 장악하기 전까지의 운명이 요동치는 장면이었다. 인도 유나이티드 뉴스는 "녹색 폭등이 벵갈을 휩쓸어 2011년 국회의원 선거에서 붉은 보루를 무너뜨렸다"고 솔직한 분석을 내놨다. 게다가 레프트가 여전히 주 정치에서 궁지에 몰리자, 그들의 무력화된 유권자들은 실행 가능한 대안을 찾기 위해 BJP로 점점 더 이주하고 있다."[2]

1977-2006
2006년과 2001년 주 의회 선거에서 CPI(M)의 우펜드라 나트 한스다(Upendra Nath Hansda)가 BJP의 카말라 칸타 만디(Kanta Mandi), JMM의 버싱 무르무(Birsing Murmu)를 각각 누르고 반두안(ST) 의석을 차지했다. 대부분의 해의 경연대회는 여러 코너에 몰렸으나 오직 우승자와 주자들만 언급되고 있다. CPI(M)의 라키람 키스쿠는 1996년 의회의 시탈 찬드라 헴브람, 1991년 JMM의 비르싱 무르무, 1987년 람프라사드 한스다 등을 꺾었다. CPI(M)의 수다수 세카르 마히(Suhansu Sekhar Majhi)는 1982년 판차난 소렌(Panchanan Sorn)을, 1977년 부데스와르 마히(Budeswar Majhi) 의회를 꺾었다.[26]
1962-1972
1972년과 1971년에는 의회의 시탈 찬드라 헴브람이 승리했다. 1969년 버데스와르 마지가 승리했다. 칸드루 마즈히, 인디펜던트/록 세악상, 1967년과 1962년에 우승. 그 전에는 반두안 좌석이 없었다.[27]
1951년 바라바자르 컴 찬딜 선거구
1951년 독립한 인도의 첫 선거에서 바라바자르 쿰 찬딜이라는 선거구가 있었다. 지금 푸룰리아 구가 차지하고 있는 지역은 당시 비하르의 일부였다. 공동의석에는 롯세악상(Lok Seewak Sangh)의 비임 찬드라 마하토(Bhim Chandra Mahato)와 아툴 찬드라 싱 브후이야(Atul Chandra Singh Bhuiya)가 각각 차지했다.[27]
