구분위원회의 명령대로 68번 칸디(비단 사바 선거구)는 칸디 자치구, 칸디 지역사회 개발블록, 베르함포레 지역사회 개발블록의 사투이 차우리가차그람 판차야트를 포함한다.[1]

칸디(Vidhan Sabha 선거구)는 10번 바하람푸르(Lok Sabha 선거구)의 일부다.[1]

1977–2006

2006년 주 의회 선거에서[15] 아푸르바 사르카르 인디펜던트는 CPI의 가장 가까운 경쟁자인 압둘 하미드를 누르고 68석의 칸디 의석을 차지했다. 무소속으로 출마한 아푸르바 사르카르는 아디르 처드허리가 공식 의회 후보인 아티시 신하에 대한 항의 표시로 내세운 반군 의회 후보였다.[20] 그는 그 후 다시 의회에 제출되었다.[21] 대부분의 해의 경연대회는 여러 코너에 몰렸으나 오직 우승자와 주자들만 언급되고 있다. 아티쉬 찬드라 신하(Atish Chandra Sinha)는 2001년 CPI의 찬단 센(Chandan Sen)을,[14] 시드 와히드 레자(Syed Wahid Reza)는 1996년과[13] 1991년 CPI를 물리쳤다.[12] 1987년 CPI의 Syed Wahid Reza가 의회의 Bankim Trivedi를 물리쳤다.[11] 1982년에는[10] CPI의 시드 압두르 라자크, 1977년에는 자가디시 신하(Jagadish Sinha)를 의회의 아티쉬 찬드라 신하가, 1977년에는 야나타당의 자가디쉬 신하(Jagadish Sinha)[9][22]를 물리쳤다.

1951–1972

1972년과[8] 1971년에는 아티쉬 찬드라 신하가 우승했다.[7] 쿠마르 자가디쉬 찬드라 신하,[6] 인디펜던트 1969년 우승 1967년 의회의 G. 트리베디가 승리했다.[5] 1962년 의회의 쿠마르 자가디쉬 찬드라 신하가 승리했다.[4] 칸디는 1957년에 공동의석이었다.[3] 수디르 몬달과 비말 찬드라 신하가 공동 의석을 차지했다. 1951년 인도의 첫 번째 선거에서 의회의 골바단 트리베디는 칸디 의석에서 승리했다.[2]
