스플래시다운은 레인보우 스튜디오가 개발하고 인포그람스 사가 원래 플레이스테이션 2를 위해 발행한 수상 레이싱 비디오 게임으로, 이후 엑스박스에 포팅되었다.아타리 브랜드 이름으로 출시되었다.

2003년에 속편인 스플래시다운: 라이더스 고 와일드(Thiles Gone Wild)를 받았고 레인보우 스튜디오의 새 주인인 THQ에 의해 출판되었다.

게임플레이

스플래시다운은 닌텐도의 웨이브 레이스 시리즈와 상당히 비슷하다.선수들이 다양한 코스에서 서로 경쟁하면서 개인 수상기를 장악한다.선수들은 도중에 부표를 정확히 통과해야 한다. 그렇지 않으면 개인 수상기가 페널티킥으로 정지할 수 있다.
