조기생활과 교육

경력

그의 경력 초기에 컴벌랜드는 코츠 plc와 함께 해외 주재 재무이사를 지냈고 아데코 SA와 같은 그룹과 함께 상무이사직을 겸직했다.[16] 2000년에 그는 세인트루이스를 설립했다. 홍콩과 중국에 사무실을 두고 있는 채용 및 코칭 회사인 조지의 컨설팅. 2003년 하비 내시(Harvey Nash)의 아시아 팔과 합병해 성(Stat)으로 개칭했다. 조지는 [17]하비 나시야 이 회사는 2006년 5월에 영국 상장 채용 회사인 Hays plc에 매각되었다.[18][19][20]

2006년에 컴벌랜드는 세인트의 일부분으로 이름을 바꾸었다. 조지는 필립 베드도우스의 런던 사업과 합병한 실크로드 파트너십으로 유지했다. 컴벌랜드는 아시아, 영국 런던, 아랍에미리트 두바이 등지에서 온 '실크로드 파트너십'을 통해 C-suite 리더와 이사회 구성원들을 위한 리더십 코칭, 멘토링, 훈련, 촉진 등을 제공한다.[21][22][23]
