뉴클레오폴린 155(Nup155)는 인간에서 NUP155 ^[5]^[6]유전자에 의해 암호화되는 단백질이다.

뉴클레오폴린은 진핵세포의 핵공 복합체(NPC)의 주요 성분이다.그들은 핵과 세포질 사이의 분자, 특히 mRNA와 단백질의 양방향 교통에 관여한다.이 유전자에 의해 암호화된 단백질은 대부분의 척추동물 핵포린에서 발견되는 전형적인 FG 반복 배열을 포함하지 않는다.이 ^[6]유전자의 전사 변이체에 의해 2개의 단백질 아이소폼이 부호화된다.
