Intergovernmentalism

국제관계에서 정부간 주의는 국가(특히 국가정부)를 통합과정의 [1]주요 주체로 취급한다.정부간 접근법은 정부의 선호도가 수렴되고 국익의 차이로 인한 타성의 기간 때문에 유럽연합의 급진적 변화의 시기를 설명할 수 있다고 주장한다.정부 간주의는 국제 정치에서 제도화의 중요성과 국내 정치가 정부 선호도에 미치는 영향을 인식했기 때문에 현실주의나 네오리얼리즘과 구별될 수 있다.

지역 통합

유럽 통합

지역 통합의 가장 잘 알려진 예는 [2][3]유럽에 있는 27개 회원국의 경제 및 정치적 정부 간 조직인 유럽연합(EU)이다.EU는 초국가적 독립기구와 회원국 [4][5][6]간 협의된 결정체제를 통해 운영된다.EU기관에는 유럽위원회, 유럽연합 이사회, 유럽평의회, 유럽사법재판소, 유럽중앙은행, 감사재판소, 유럽의회가 포함된다.유럽의회는 5년마다 EU 시민들에 의해 선출된다.EU의 사실상수도[7]브뤼셀이다.

EU는 모든 회원국에 적용되는 표준화된 법 체계를 통해 단일 시장을 발전시켰다.셴겐 지역 내(EU 22개 주 및 EU 이외의 4개 주 포함)의 여권 통제는 [8]폐지되었습니다.EU 정책은 그 [9]경계 내에서 사람, 상품, 서비스 및 자본의 자유로운 이동, 정의와 내무에 관한 법률 제정, 무역,[10] 농업,[11] 어업지역 [12]개발관한 공통 정책을 유지하는 것을 선호한다.
