탈네탄트(SB-223,412)는 글락소스미스클라인에서 개발한 신경키닌3 수용체 길항제로서, 여러 기능(주로 과민성 장 증후군의 치료, 2007년 연구 결과 위약에 비해 직장 과민성이 통계적으로 유의하게 개선되지 않는 것으로 밝혀졌음에도 불구하고)을 위해 연구되고 있다.정신분열증 치료의 잠재적 항정신병 약물로서의 사용도 중단됐다.[1][2][3][4]
