TR GSL 등급은 탕가니카 철도(TR)를 위해 영국 슈롭셔주 슈루즈베리의 센티넬 바그곤 워크스(Sentinel Waggon Works)가T 제작한 1000mm(3ft 3+3⁄8 in) 게이지였다.

GSL 등급의 8개 회원은 1929년과 1931년 사이에 TR에서 서비스를 시작했다. 1948년 동아프리카철도(EAR)에 의해 성공하기 전까지 TR에 의해 운영되었다. 그리고 나서 그들은 1950년대 중반까지 EAR과 함께 일했다.[2]
