Sesquitujene synthase(EC 4.2.3.102, TPS5-Del1)는 체계적 이름(2E,6E)-파르네실-디프인산염-리파아제(sesquitujene-forming)를 가진 효소다.[1]이 효소는 다음과 같은 화학 반응을 촉진한다.
- (2E,6E)-파르네실 디프인산염 sesquitujene + diphosphate.
Zea mays의 효소인 버라이어티 Delprim은 주로 sesquitujene을 준다.
