소핵리보핵단백질 관련 단백질 B, B'는 SNRPB [5][6]유전자에 의해 인체 내에서 코드되는 단백질이다.
기능.
이 유전자에 의해 암호화된 단백질은 U1, U2, U4/U6, 그리고 U5 작은 리보핵단백질 입자 사이에서 공통적으로 발견되는 여러 핵단백질 중 하나이다.이러한 snRNP는 pre-mRNA 스플라이싱에 관여하며, 부호화된 단백질은 pre-mRNA 스플라이싱 또는 snRNP 구조에도 역할을 할 수 있다.전신성 홍반성 낭창 환자의 자가항체는 암호화된 단백질의 에피토프를 자주 인식한다.이 [6]유전자에 대해 서로 다른 아이소폼(B와 B')을 코드하는 두 가지 전사 변형이 발견되었다.
