계획111
Plan 111Program of Introducing Talents of Discipline to Universities, Plan 111, also be referred to as Project 111 or 111 Project (Chinese: 111计划, 高等学校学科创新引智计划; pinyin: 111 jìhuà) is a project initiated in 2006 by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China (MOE) and State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs (SAFEA) to establish innov기술 이전 [1][2]목적의 아티온 센터 2005년 산자부는 이 계획의 일환으로 100개의 혁신센터 설립을 발표했다.[3] 전 세계 100대 대학과 연구기관에서 1000여명의 해외 인재를 영입하는 것을 목표로 했다.[4]
플랜 111은 민군 응용의 해외 기술이전의 길이 되었다.[1] 이 계획은 하얼빈 공대, 베이징공대, 베이항대, 노스웨스턴폴리텍대, 난징항공우주대, 시디안대 등 국방 관련 연구개발을 지원하는 대학에 센터를 설립했다.[1]
2021년까지 약 160개의 대학이 계획 111에 포함된다.[citation needed]
