국제육상경기연맹 여자 세계선수권대회는 미식축구 여자들의 국제대회다.첫 번째 행사는 2010년 스웨덴 스톡홀름에서 6개국이 경합을 벌인 가운데 열렸다.미국은 그들이 경기한 어떤 팀도 득점하지 못하게 하면서 금메달을 땄다.두 번째 행사는 2013년에 열렸는데, 핀란드 반타가 이 대회를 주최했다.미국이 다시 경쟁자들을 휩쓸며 금메달을 땄다.[1][2]세 번째 행사는 2017년에 캐나다를 개최국으로 하여 진행되었다.미국이 세 번째로 금메달을 목에 걸며 결승에서 개최국 캐나다를 다시 꺾었다.
