5개의 수용적 하위 테스트(3개의 청각 이해, 2개의 시각 이해)와 16개의 표현적 하위 테스트(5회 반복, 3개의 명명, 4개의 읽기, 4개의 쓰기)가 있다. 실어증과 관련될 수 있는 신경심리학적인 결손은 6개의 하위 테스트(라인 이등분, 의미 기억, 단어 유창성, 인식 기억, 제스처 객체 사용, 산술)로 테스트된다.
