NNT-1 (New Neurotrophin-1 ) 또는 B세포자극인자-3 (BSF-3 )로도 알려진 카르디오트로핀 유사 사이토카인자1 (CLCF1 )은 CLCF1 [5] 단백질 이다.
기능. CLCF1은 사이토카인 입니다. IL-6 수용체 공통 서브유닛 당단백질 130 (gp130), 백혈병 억제인자 수용체 베타 및 전사인자 STAT3의 티로신 인산화 를 유도한다.IL-1 유도(코티코스테론 및 IL-6 유도)와 혈청 아밀로이드 A 및 B 세포 과형성 에 관여 했다.CLCF1은 gp130 수용체 [6] B세포 활성화가 가능 하다.
구조. CLCF1은 인터류킨-6 (IL6) 패밀리에 속하는 사이토카인이다. 주로 림프절 과 비장 에서 발견되는 분비 단백질로 225개의 아미노산을 함유하고 있으며, 분자량은 22kDa로 성숙한 형태이다. IL6 패밀리는 유전자 구조의 유사성을 공유하고 단백질 구조에 4-나선 다발을 가지고 있다. CLCF1은 카르디오트로핀-1 과 섬모 신경영양인자 로 불리는 다른 단백질과 밀접하게 관련되어 있다.
