CIB1
칼슘 및 인테그린 결합단백질 1은 CIB1 [5][6][7]유전자에 의해 인체 내에서 코드되는 단백질이다.
이 유전자에 의해 암호화된 단백질은 칼슘 결합 단백질 계열의 구성원이다.이 단백질의 특이적 기능은 아직 결정되지 않았지만, 이 단백질은 DNA 의존성 단백질 키나제와 상호작용하는 것으로 알려져 있으며, DNA 말단 결합의 키나아제-포스파타아제 조절에 역할을 할 수 있다.이 단백질은 또한 인테그린 알파(IIB) 베타(3)와 상호작용하며, 이는 알파(IIB) 베타(3)[7]에 대한 조절 분자로서 이 단백질을 포함할 수 있다.
