안드로겐 의존 조건
Androgen-dependent condition안드로겐에 의존하는 상태, 질병, 장애 또는 증후군은 부분적으로든 가득차든, 신체 내 안드로겐 활동의 유무에 의존하거나 민감하게 반응하는 의학적 질환이다.
안드로겐에 의존하는 것으로 알려진 질환으로는 여드름,[1][2][3][4] 지루성, 안드로겐성 탈모증,[5] 히르수티즘,[6] 히라디즘 수푸라티바,[7] 남자아이의 조숙한 사춘기,[8] 과성,[9] 파라필리아,[10] 양성 전립선성 [11]과대증후군(BPH), 전립선암,[12] PCOS(PCOS)와 같은 여성에서의 고산도증 등이 있다.[13][14]
Such conditions may be treated with drugs with antiandrogen actions, including androgen receptor antagonists such as cyproterone acetate, spironolactone, and bicalutamide, 5α-reductase inhibitors such as finasteride and dutasteride, CYP17A1 inhibitors such as abiraterone acetate, gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) analogues such as leuprorelin and cetrorelex 및/또는 메그스트롤 아세테이트 및 메드록시프로제스테론 아세테이트와 같은 기타 안티고나도트로핀.[15][16]
