앨티코르는 데보스 가문과 반 안델 가문이 운영하는 미국 개인 법인이다.[5] 1999년에 설립되어 소수의 벤처기업의 모기업으로, 특히 다단계 마케팅 회사인 암웨이와 암웨이 글로벌, 제조 및 유통 회사인 액세스 비즈니스 그룹 등의 역할을 하고 있다.[6][7]

2006년 앨티코르는 네이만마커스그룹으로부터 화장품 제조업체 구르와이 제품을 인수해 2016년 구르와이가 시세이도에 인수되기 전까지 전유 자회사로 운영했다.[8]

앨티코어 기업

1956년에 설립된 앨티코어 기업(Alticor Corporation Enterprise)은 앨티코어의 비직접 판매 회사의 자회사 지주회사다. 암웨이 호텔 코퍼레이션, 구르스위치 제품, 인터루킨 유전학, 메타게닉스, 풀턴 이노베이션.[9] 2000년에 설립된 Pixis Innovations Inc.는 인터루킨 제네틱스에서 소유권을 매입하고 있으며 알티코르사의 전유 자회사다.[10]

AHC+병원성

AHC+Hospitality(AHC+Hospitality)는 과거 암웨이호텔 코퍼레이션(Amway Hotel Corporation)으로 알티코르 호텔 자회사다. AHC는 그랜드 래피드와 영국령 버진아일랜드에 여러 호텔을 소유하고 있다.[11]

암웨이사는 1981년 팬린드 호텔을 매입, 개조, 확장, 명칭을 암웨이 그랜드 호텔로 변경하였다.

2017년 2월 CWD 부동산개발은 도심 그랜드래피즈 빌딩을 메리어트(Maryott)[12]가 AC호텔로 전환해 AHC가 운영할 계획이라고 밝혔다. 암웨이호텔코퍼레이션은 2017년 5월까지 AHC+Hospitality로 명칭을 변경했다.[11]
