말라카 드와프리야(신할라: මාලකකක,,,,,, IPA: [maːləkək de deaprijə])[1]는 스리랑카의 영화 제작자, 비주얼 아티스트, 신할라 라디오 플레이 작가, 단편 영화, 비디오 감독이다.[2][5]

전기

스리랑카에서 태어난 드와프리야는 2005년 콜롬보 대학교에서 BA(스페셜)를 졸업했다.[2][4][6] 졸업 후 2007년부터 2008년까지 독일 슈투트가르트 소재 아카데미 슈로즈 고독사에서 비디오/영화/뉴미디어 장학금을 받았다.[2][4][7] 그는 2008~2009년(제5기, 제671호) 서울 국립현대미술관 산하 국내외 예술인들을 방문한 공로로 고양아트스튜디오에서 '단기' 작가로서의 '단기' 레지던트를 일부 지원하는 아시아태평양예술인 펠로우십을 받았다.[8][5]
