구분위원회의 명령대로 제171호 하우라 마디야(비단 사바 선거구)는 다음과 같이 구성된다. 하워라 시공사 17번~20번, 24번 34번, 36번, 37번, 42번 병동.[1]
하워라 마디아(Vidhan Sabha 선거구)는 25번 호와(Lok Sabha 선거구)의 일부다.[1]

2011년 선거에서 트리나물 의회의 아룹 로이(아푸)가 CPI(M)의 가장 가까운 경쟁자 아룹 레이(투쿤)를 물리쳤다.

2006년 주 의회 선거에서[15] CPI(M)의 Arup Ray가 가장 가까운 경쟁자인 트리나물 의회의 Ambica Banerjee를 물리치고 Howra Central의 의석을 차지했다. 대부분의 해의 경연대회는 여러 코너에 몰렸으나 오직 우승자와 주자들만 언급되고 있다. 2001년,[14] 1996년,[13] 1991년,[12] 1987년[11], 1982년[10] 주 의회 선거에서 트리나물 의회/의회의 암비카 바네르지가 2001년 CPI(M)의 수비르 란잔 다스, 1996년과 1991년 자나타 달의 수레스와르 두타, 1987년 독립의 산카르 몬돌, 1982년 수딘드라나트 쿠마르를 패배시켰다. 수딘드라나트 쿠마르(Sudhindranath Kumar) 인도 혁명공산당은 1977년 자나타당의 수쿠마르 바네르지를 패배시켰다.[9][18][19]
