난관절은 힘줄이나 인대를 부착할 때의 비정상적인 뼈의 돌출부다.[1]그들은 관절 공간에서 비정상적인 뼈의 돌출인 골초와 혼동해서는 안 된다.골초와 골초는 스트레스에 대한 뼈 반응이다.[1]
