"Boa Cilcictor"는 셸[2] 실버스타인이 작곡한 곡으로, 원래 1962년 앨범 Inside Popic Songs에 수록되었다.[3]

조니 캐시 버전

이 곡은 조니 캐시가 1966년 발표한 코미디 앨범 'Every Loves a Nut'에서 다루었다.[4]

앨범의 세 번째 싱글(Columbia 4-43763, 앨범 수록곡 'Bottom of a Mountain'이 반대편에 있는 곡)[4][5][6][7]으로 발매된 이 곡은 미국 빌보드 컨트리 차트 39위, 캐시박스 컨트리 차트 33위에 올랐다.[8][9][10]
