XLRI – 자비에르 경영대학원(XLRI 또는 이전 자비에르 노동관계연구소)은 인도 자르칸드주 잠셰드푸르에 있는 예수회(예수협회)가 운영하는 사립 경영대학원이다. 1949년 철강도시 잠셰드푸르에서 인도에서 가장 오래된 경영대학원으로 설립되었다. 같은 소사이어티는 2020년 자자르(뉴델리 공항에서 차로 한 시간 거리)에 델리-NCR 지역에 새로운 캠퍼스를 개설했다.[2]

이 연구소는 PRME - 책임경영교육의 원칙(Principles for Responsible Management Education)의 서명자로, 1년 내내 여러 가지 사회적 이니셔티브를 맡아 지속가능성에 중점을 두고 있다. 이 캠퍼스는 2020년까지 탄소중립화를 계획하고 있다.[3]

역사

XLRI는 1949년에 경영과 노동조합의 강좌를 개설한 후 1953년에 산업복지에 2년간의 정규직 프로그램을 설립하기 전에 시작했다.[4]

XLRI offers two-year MBA programs- Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) and Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM). It also offers a 15 months General Management Program (GMP), a three-year Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDM(BM), Three Year) for working executives and a doctoral level fellowship p로그램(FPM).
