우타르파라 의회 선거구는 제27호 스레람푸르(록 사바 선거구)[1]의 일부이다.

2006년 주 의회 선거에서,[16] 교수님.CPI(M)의 스루티나트 프라하라지 박사는 트리나물 콩그레스(Trinamool Congress)의 수드피타 로이를 누르고 우타르파라 의회 의석을 차지했다.대부분의 대회들은 여러모로 궁지에 몰렸지만 승자와 주자만 거론되고 있다.CPI(M)의 조티 크리슈나 챗토파디아이는 2003년 MLA 교수 서거에 이어 열린 트리나물 콩그레스(Trinamool Congress)의 인드라짓 고쉬를 재보선했다.스와라지 무커지2001년 [14]트리나물 의회의 스와라지 무케르지 교수는 CPI(M)의 조티 크리슈나 차토파디아이를 물리쳤다.CPI([13]M)의 조티 크리슈나 차토파디아이는 1996년 국회의 파비트라 굽타를 꺾었다.CPI(M)의 산타스리 채터지는 1991년과 [11]1987년 의회의[12] 자갓 채터지, [10]1982년 의회의 수쿠마르 고쉬, 1977년 [9][20]자나타당의 카시나트 배너지를 꺾었다.

1951-1972

CPI(M)의 산타스리 채터지는 1972년과 [7]1971년에 우승했다[8].CPI/CPI(M)의[3] 모노란잔 하즈라는 1969년,[6][5] 1967년, 1962년,[4] 1957년에 당선되었고 1951년에 [2]독립한 인도의 첫 선거에서 당선되었다.
