SYBL1
SYBL1시냅토브레빈 유사 단백질 1(SYBL1)은 VAMP7(vesicle-associated membrane prote prote 7)로도 알려져 있으며, 인간에서 VAMP7, 즉 SYBL1 유전자에 의해 인코딩되는 단백질이다.[4][5][6]
함수
SYBL1은 수용성 N-ethylmalimide 민감인자 부착 단백질 수용체(SNARE) 계열의 구성원인 투과 단백질이다.SYBL1은 후기 엔도솜과 라이소솜에 국소화하며 대상막으로의 수송용 베시클의 융합에 관여한다.[6]
상호작용
SYBL1은 SNAP23[7][8] 및 AP3D1과 상호작용하는 것으로 나타났다.[7]
