C 키나아제와 상호작용하는 단백질 - 1은 인간에게 PICK1 유전자에 의해 암호화된 단백질이다.[5][6]
함수
이 유전자에 의해 인코딩된 단백질은 PDZ 도메인을 포함하며, 이를 통해 단백질 키나아제 C, 알파(PRKCA)와 상호작용한다.이 단백질은 다양한 막단백질의 세포하 국산화 작용과 결합하고 조직화하는 어댑터의 기능을 할 수 있다.다발성 글루탐산 수용체 서브타입체, 모노아민 혈장막 전달체, 비전압 게이트 나트륨 통로 등과 상호작용하는 것으로 나타났으며, 이러한 막단 단백질에 PRKCA를 표적으로 하여 그 분포와 기능을 조절할 수 있다.이 단백질은 리간드 특유의 방식으로 PRKCA를 미토콘드리아로 구체적으로 표적으로 하는 앵커링 단백질 역할도 하는 것으로 밝혀졌다.이 유전자에 대해 동일한 단백질을 인코딩하는 세 가지 대본 변형이 발견되었다.[7]
