오나그라스과는 버드나무과 또는 저녁꽃과로 알려진 꽃이 피는 식물의 과이다.17개 [4]속에 약 650종의 초본, 관목, 나무를[3] 포함하고 있습니다.이 과는 한대지방에서 열대지방까지 모든 대륙에 널리 분포한다.
이 과에는 저녁 연두(오에노테라)와 후치시아(후치아)를 포함한 많은 인기 있는 원예 식물들이 포함되어 있다.일부, 특히 버드나무는 정원에서 흔히 볼 수 있는 잡초이며 야생에서 교란된 서식지를 빠르게 개척한다.그러한 종 중 하나가 불풀이다.
이 과는 보통 4개의 꽃받침과 꽃잎을 가진 꽃으로 특징지어진다; 푸치아와 같은 일부 속에서는 꽃잎만큼 꽃받침이 밝은 색을 띤다.
