미국 국립장애인자립생활재활연구소(NIDILRR)는 장애인의 재활과 관련된 포괄적인 연구 프로그램에 대한 리더십과 지원을 제공하는 미국의 정부기관이다.이전에는 특수교육재활서비스부(OSERS)[1]의 하위 기관인 국립장애재활연구소가 있었다.

2015년 노동혁신기회법의 결과로 보건인적자원부 내 지역사회생활관리국(ACL)의 일부가 되어 현재의 명칭으로 변경되었다.NIDILRRR의 임무는 새로운 지식을 창출하고 그 효과적인 이용을 촉진하여 장애인이 지역사회에서 선택한 활동을 수행할 수 있는 능력을 향상시키고, 또한 사회의 역량을 확대하여 장애인에게 충분한 기회와 편의를 제공하는 것이다.[1]
