IBM Simon Personal Communicator(IBM Simon)는 IBM(International Business Machines)에서 설계하고 Mitsubishi [6]Electric에서 제조한 휴대용 터치 스크린 PDA입니다.1995년에야 스마트폰이라는 용어가 생겨났지만 사이먼의 특징과 기능 때문에 소급해서 최초의 진정한 스마트폰으로 [1][7][8][9]불리고 있다.
