ELA-3(프랑스어: Ensemble de Lancement Ariane 3, light. 'Ariane Launch Complex 3)'는 프랑스령 기아나의 Centre Spatial Guyanais에 있는 발사대와 관련 시설이다. ELA-3는 아리안스페이스가 아리안 5호 발사체 소모품 발사체계의 일환으로 운용하고 있다. 2021년[update] 12월 현재 112발의 발사가 진행 중이며, 그 중 첫 번째 발사는 1996년 6월 4일이었다.
