화학요법과 방사선요법의 조합인 화학방사선요법(CRT)은 다양한 암 치료에 사용된다.CRT는 암세포의 DNA에 손상을 유발하는 역할을 한다.방광암 종양 샘플은 치료 전 환자와 종양이 [9]재발했을 때 CRT 치료 후 동일한 환자로부터 채취되었다.CRT-재귀 셀에서 BUB1B 발현 수준이 증가했습니다.이 증가된 발현은 CRT에 의해 야기된 것과 같은 DNA 손상을 부정확하게 복구하는 대체 비호몰로지 엔드 결합(A-NHEJ)이라고 불리는 부정확한 DNA 복구 과정을 용이하게 하기 위해 고려되었다.이 부정확한 복구는 CRT [9]내성에 대한 돌연변이를 포함하여 종양에 추가적인 돌연변이를 일으킬 수 있습니다.
