합성 및 구조

분자는 평면형이다.광학 스펙트럼은 케토 토토머가 기체 위상과 에탄올 용액에서 우세함을 보여준다.[1]

아세리돈은 아닐린2-클로로벤조산의 응축에 의해 합성될 수 있다.N-페닐란트라닐산을 가열해서도 준비할 수 있다.[2]

역사

이 화합물의 존재를 가장 먼저 증명할 수 있었던 사람 중 한 명은 K.U.K.의 G. Goldschmidt의 학생인 Karl Drechsler였다.1914년 우니베르시테트 빈(Vienna, 오스트리아)[3]

파생상품

아세리돈은 다양한 약리학적 활동을 하는 일부 합성물의 비계를 구성한다. 3-클로로-6-(2-diethylamino-ethoxy)-10-(2-diethylamino-ethyl)-아크리돈은 말라리아 치료제로서 가능성을 보여 왔다.[4][5]
