ATG7
ATG7자동포기 관련 7은 ATG7 유전자에 의해 인코딩된 인간의 단백질이다.[5][6] GSA7; APG7L; APG7-LICE 관련.[6]
식물과 동물 게놈에 모두 존재하는 ATG 7은 세포 분해와 그것의 재활용을 위한 필수 단백질 역할을 한다.[7][8] 이 시퀀스는 세포 내의 자가포자막과 핵융합의 독특한 개발에 필요한 유비쿼터스 프로테아솜 시스템인 UPS와 연관된다.[9]
ATG7은 효모세포 피치아목사 GSA7과 사카로마이오스 세레비시아 APG7에 대한 동질학을 기반으로 확인되었다. 단백질은 과산화막과 황극막의 융합을 위해 필요한 것으로 보인다.[10]
자동포진은 동면상태를 유지하는 데 도움이 되는 중요한 세포 과정이다. 그것은 세포질 유기체와 고분자를 파괴하고 재활용하는 과정을 거친다. 자동포자기의 개시 동안 ATG7은 ATG12와 ATG8과 같은 유비퀴틴 유사 단백질(UBL)을 위한 E-1 효소처럼 작용한다. ATG7은 이 UBL 단백질이 E-2 효소로의 전달을 활성화하고 결합함으로써 분자를 목표로 하는 것을 돕는다. ATG7은 이 두 가지 자동 호감 특정 UBL 시스템에서 모두 역할을 수행함으로써 자동 호감기 어셈블리의 필수적인 조절기로 만든다.[11]
E1 활성제 단백질의 ATP 바인딩 및 촉매 현장과 동질인 ATG7은 자유 유비퀴틴 분자와 티올에스터 결합을 만들기 위해 그것의 시스테인 잔류물을 사용한다.[9][12] 유비퀴틴은 UPS를 통해 다른 자토파기 관련 단백질인 E2결합 단백질과 E3 단백질 연대에 지속적으로 결합해 대상 기질에 유비퀴틴을 부착해 자토파기를 유도할 예정이다.[13]
ATG 7은 종종 ATG12/ATG5 시퀀싱 유비쿼터스티션 캐스케이드와 연관된다. 또한 스트레스와 영양소가 부족한 환경에서의 p53 세포 주기 경로도 존재한다.[14][15]
