아나베이스 촉진 복합체 서브유닛 1은 ANAPC1 [5] [6] 유전자에 의해 인체 내에서 부호화되는 효소 이다.
ANAPC1은 세포주기 의 중기 에서 아나파기로의 이행으로 기능하며 방추체크포인트 단백질에 의해 조절되는 아나파기촉진복합체 (APC)의 적어도 10개의 서브유닛 중 하나이다. APC는 E3 유비퀴틴 연결효소 로서 프로테아솜 에 의해 분해되는 세포 주기 조절 단백질을 목표로 하여 세포 주기(OMIM 에 [6] 의해 공급됨)를 통해 진행을 가능하게 한다.
